the location was indeed ideal, down the hill. really helpful and very helpful staff and we greatly enjoyed the host.

The rooms here are cosy, and the staff is excellent, making it a pleasant place for a short stay.

Would stay here again. Big apartment just next door to the city center and beach, mid way up hill from the panoramic view over Split, and shops and a bakery. Exceptionally nice and ideal location for the town right in the heart of the old town.

The apartment is spacious and located in the charming Old Town. The staff is incredibly friendly and provides helpful tips for exploring the area. Amenities like coffee/tea makers, refrigerators, and an oven are available. Situated near the Cathedral and Marjan park. Close to Monika's Wine Bar, a great place for evening drinks.

I stayed at Apartments Varos in Split for a week and it was the perfect choice for my vacation. The owners were incredibly helpful, arranging drivers and making everything easy for me. The apartment itself was clean, quiet, and had all the necessary facilities, including air conditioning. The neighborhood was safe and charming, just a short walk from the bustling city center. The nearby beach was a little further away, but well worth the 10-15 minute walk with its clear water and sandy shore. There were also three fantastic restaurants just steps away from the apartment. I would definitely return to Varos in the future.

Mind-blowing location just minutes away from the main promenade and Diocletian's Palace. Super comfortable and impressively furnished apartment with all the amenities you could need. Jaw-dropping service from Maya, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Wifi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV for ultimate convenience. We even found ice packs in the fridge for our picnics! Quick and easy check-in/check-out process. Plus, there's a picnic area, children's play area, and pets are allowed. Definitely recommend this place for a fantastic stay in Split!

The value for money at Varos was excellent and the room was spacious and well-equipped. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions, and the staff, especially Maja, treated me like family.

I stayed at Apartments Varos for a week with my girlfriend and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the Old Town, Diocletian Palace, and the harbor. The apartment itself was well-equipped with a comfortable bed, a spacious living room, and a fully stocked kitchen. Our host, Maja, was incredibly helpful and friendly, even arranging transportation from the airport. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like the welcome drinks in the fridge and the selection of DVDs. If we ever return to Split, we would definitely book here again.

Well-equipped flat with WiFi, flat screen TV, sofas, DVDs, dining table. Welcome drink in fridge. Conveniently located near palace, harbor, and bus station. Quiet area halfway up hill, not suitable for elderly or disabled.

Great little apartment! Cheap, clean, close to waterfront, good facilities. Friendly manager with local recommendations. Comfy bed, well-equipped kitchen. Good WiFi.

We got great value for our money at Apartments Varos. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the central promenade and supermarkets. The staff treated us like VIPs, even offering us refreshments and giving us a tour of the neighborhood.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, as there were no toiletries provided in the bathroom.

Finding the apartment for the first time was a bit difficult, especially if you arrive by car. The streets in the upper town are very narrow and there is no parking nearby.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to cafes, the seafront, and popular attractions. Very helpful and friendly landlord and assistant, who provided valuable information about the location and even helped with arranging transportation. -One of the best aspects of the accommodation was the well-appointed courtyard, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ambiance.

Difficult for taxis to access the location, with the need to negotiate steps, which could be a hassle for some guests. Although the apartment had the necessary amenities, the mattresses were uncomfortably thin, resulting in body pain.
